Subhanallah, Allah the most gracious and forgiveness has opened the hearts of the authorities to help the muslims brothers and sisters who are dying to do the haj. May this kind act will continue in the the years to come. May Allah bless you all.
A caliph is freely chosen by Muslims everywhere for his wisdom and spiritual qualifications. The ISIL leader's proclamation of himself as caliph over all Muslims violates the principles of Islam.
