The woman, identified by the police as R.W. and by her aliases K and V, was arrested Thursday at her home in East Jakarta for alleged efforts to recruit new couriers to smuggle drugs into Indonesia and other countries, The Jakarta Globe reported.

"We have long been targeting V for her role as a courier recruiter involved in international networks. It took us one year to capture her, as she is very smart in covering up her acts," BNN Deputy chief for Eradication Benny Mamoto told reporters.

Authorities are looking for her spouse as well. "Her husband is controlling Nigerian drug networks," said Benny, according to liputan6.com.
