JAKARTA, Indonesia -- The warden at a prison complex in Jakarta was suspended Thursday (July 25th) after a model told local media that she visited her drug kingpin boyfriend, who is on death row, three times a week for sex and drugs, often in the warden's room, AFP reported.

Vanny Rossyane, 22, said she had visited Freddy Budiman at the Cipinang penitentiary complex. "I would go at 11 in the morning and stay until around five. We would ML and take crystal meth," she told local media, using letters to indicate "make love".

A spokesman for the correctional facilities department at the justice ministry said warden Thurman Hutapea is being questioned about her claims. "He was suspended ... We will wait for the results," the spokesman told AFP.

Budiman was sentenced to death last week for attempting to organise -- from prison -- the smuggling of 1.4 million ecstasy pills from China.
