Interior Secretary Mar Roxas said Sunday that investigators were reconstructing the blast site in Cagayan de Oro, looking for clues.

An estimated 100 people were inside the restaurant when the bomb exploded, injuring 48. Many were attending a convention at a nearby hotel. Cagayan de Oro has been largely unscathed by insurgencies in other parts of Mindanao.
