Molotov cocktails thrown at Jakarta Catholic school

JAKARTA, Indonesia – Two Molotov cocktails were lobbed into the backyard of a private Catholic high school in Tebet, South Jakarta early Tuesday (August 6th), local media reported.

"One bottle was found with a burning wick while the other one was already broken into pieces," Tebet Police chief Nico Adreano Setiawan told Antara news agency.

The Jakarta Post reported a security guard and two others heard the explosion and put out fires caused by the explosives. No damage or injuries were reported, according to The Jakarta Globe.
