JAKARTA, Indonesia – Police are reviewing CCTV footage of a man they believe placed a low-powered explosive outside a police post in Semarang, Central Java, late Monday (September 16th), local media reported.

"The man walked and placed the package that exploded half an hour later," National Police spokesperson Agus Rianto told reporters Tuesday. The explosion damaged the post's windows and wall.

Agus said they have not found any indication that the explosion was the work of terrorists and are examining fragments of aluminium and plastic found at the scene, The Jakarta Post reported.
