Indonesia makes more pre-holiday terror arrests

JAKARTA, Indonesia – Police announced more arrests of suspects connected to bombings in Poso and Jakarta, local media reported.

National Police spokesperson Boy Rafli Amar said Monday (December 23rd) that Ridwansyah, an alleged member of Sigit Indrajid's group, was arrested Friday in Sukabumi, West Java.

Ridwansyah allegedly provided funds for Sigit's May plot to bomb Burma's embassy in Jakarta, The Jakarta Post reported.

Boy also announced the arrests in Poso of Adnan on December 18th and Rudianto on December 22nd, the Jakarta Globe reported. Adnan allegedly worked for Santoso, Indonesia's most-wanted terrorist and the purported leader of the East Indonesian Mujahidin.

Rudianto is accused of driving a suicide bomber to a June attack in Poso.
