The National Commission for Child Protection is drafting a lawsuit that it hopes will spur tougher action to stem a growing problem.

- As a mother, I'm very concerned about cigarette advertisements..Children have easy access to cigarettes. There's at least one cigarette vendor near public schools, neither government or the school yayasan do something about it.
