Religious leaders, academics and regular citizens call for increased dialogue in order to foster co-existence and better relations among the country's faiths.

I like Indonesia to be a peace counbtry, by keeping the harmony among the citizens to tolerate and appreciate other people beliefs.

Claiming any religion to be absolutely right will result in social conflict, even war, and killing on all sides. Have faith in your religion, be a blessing to your fellow man.

Islam upholds tolerance, but if a sect like Ahmadiyah is claiming to be Islam and yet recognizes prophets that came after Muhammad, then that constitutes sacrilege. Do not focus on Islam and then interfere while invoking Human Rights. Look at the chronology of events. Whatever the religion, if it is stained by a group of people, anger is to be expected.

I am really pleased with the steps they are taking as long as these steps are discussed with a cool mind. I hope that religious leaders will always remind their flock to behave with religious tolerance. All religions speak of the truth even if beliefs differ. Faith cannot be spoken of collectively because faith is something personal.

Tolerance has been done by Indonesian Muslims, do not always blame the Muslims if there is a problem. Human rights ought to be fair, all religions as well, for example in the areas of minority Muslim NGOs do not say anything, only agents of foreign NGOs, receives payment from the outside.

Why is it there is always religious division in Indonesia? Christianity, Buddhism, etc are all equal in the eyes of Allah so why would they want to destroy Islam? Why are Muslims now backing down or becoming weak? Have they been influenced by the enemies of Islam?

Right, when it comes to conflicts that happen in this country, 97% are politicized ultimately for nothing more than personal or group interests which hurt a lot of people. It is time for the country's leaders to take firm action.

If this country continues to see violence, rampant corruption among officials in the central and regional governments, and continued suffering of the people, when will our country progress? I love the Unitary State of the Indonesian Republic.

Islam is difficult to destroy through direct means. This is why the enemies of Islam use the ambitious Islamic figures to destroy Islam. Therefore, the opinionated Islamic figures of Indonesia today are really minions of Islam's enemies.
